Nova Sintra, Dec 23 (Inforpress) – About fifty children celebrated Christmas this Wednesday in the village of Braga, as a way to make them spend a different day, despite being living an atypical year.
The event’s mentor, Lena da Veiga, explained to Inforpress that she had always made a point of carrying out this activity for some years now, because, according to her, there are not many activities in the area for children to participate or have fun.
“Braga is a village in the Vila de Nova Sintra, but the children do not have the same opportunities, staying every day in the sameness, playing in the street, confined at home, or herding,” said the same source.
During this afternoon, these children had fun with each other, with different games and games, reminiscing and learning some “games of yore”.
