Luanda, 16 July (ANGOP) – The Education and Health sectors are out of the new tax regime to enter into force nest October in Angola, most concretely the Value Added Tax (VAT), said on Monday in Luanda, the Finance minister, Archer Mangueira.
Several other items have also been ruled out of the products, which VAT is to be applied, such as hospital equipments, transport for sick people and goods destined to attend climate disasters.
VAT, whose single rate is of 14 percent, replaces the consumption tax that goes from five to 30 percent.
