FBN Bank rewards customers in second Save and Win Promo

Accra, Dec 5, GNA – The FBN Bank, on Thursday, rewarded 20 old and new customers for their loyalty and fidelity towards the bank through its “second Save and Win Promo Draw.”
The promo, which ran from August 1, 2019 to October 31, 2019 provided an opportunity for customers to deposit at least GHC200.00 or more into their accounts to win.
The Bank also used the platform to hold a Grand Draw for the Promo to show appreciation to customers nationwide and encourage them to maintain their loyalty with the Bank.
Under the grand draw, 10 customers were rewarded with the overall winner grabbing an all-expense paid trip to Dubai, first runner-up winning an all-expense paid trip to South Africa, and the second runner-up receiving an all-expense paid weekend stay at the Royal Senchi Hotel.
Apart from the first three winners, the fourth to 10th winners received rewards such as Double-Door Fridge, a 43-inch Smart Television, Washing Machine, a Samsung Tablet, and Gas Cooker.
The second draw on the other hand, saw the first to third winners receiving smart phones, and the others receiving mobile network airtime.
Mr Victor Yaw Asante, the Managing Director of FBN Bank Ghana, said the promotion sought to deepen the culture of saving among the public, and enhance financial inclusion in the unbanked population in the country.
He gave the assurance that the bank, would continue to find better ways to enhance customers’ banking experience by providing them with products and platforms to make banking easier and enjoyable.
“It is for this reason that we are passionate about the partnerships we have forged with our customers over the past years. At FBN Bank, the customer comes first and are at the heart of what we do,” he added.
Mr Asante congratulated the winners and wished customers who could not win in the draw, a better luck next time.
Mr William Nii Kwei Amoah, the Head of Commercial Banking, FBN Bank, explaining the criteria for selection of the awardees said staff of the bank, their families, agency partners and vendors of the bank were exempted from participating in the promo to ensure fairness and transparency.
He explained that customers who met the terms and conditions of the Promo were selected under the supervision of the National Lottery Authority’s (NLA) Caritas platform.
