São Filipe, Sep 27 (Inforpress) – The General Inspectorate of Economic Activities (IGAE) suspended in the early hours of Saturday, three commercial establishments in the city of São Filipe and in the nearby areas, for non-compliance with the current rules.

At about 11:30PM on Saturday, the IGAE team was visiting the island, accompanied by the National Police officers and the City Halls officials of São Filipe, carried out an inspection to establishments in operations at night and should to close before midnight.

The Inspector General of IGAE, Paulo Monteiro, who accompanied the inspection action on the ground, which took place between 11:30PM saturday until 2:00AM, said three establishments were suspended, one for lack of permit, another for lack of sanitary conditions and a third due crowding of people.

Paulo Monteiro said the inspection team came across one of the establishments with a “flood” of people, standing, without masks, in an event in which the inspection team itself did not have the possibility to certify whether at the entry there was the control or not of the certification of vaccines.
