Accra, Feb. 26, GNA – Confederations Cup campaigners Nkana FC, left Zambia on Tuesday, February 26, to Ghana to take on Kumasi Asante Kotoko in the fourth group game of the competition on Sunday, March 3, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Kumasi.
The 19-man team left aboard the Ethiopian Airlines flight from Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe International Airport to Accra on Wednesday, February 27, after which they would fly to Kumasi for the crucial encounter.
Among the players who made the trip were; goalkeepers; Allan Chibwe and Kelvin Malunga, with Ben Adama Banh, Joseph Musonda, Gift Zulu, Moses Nyondo, Given Sinyangwe and Liason Thole.
The midfielders were; Duncan Otieno, Shadrick Malambo, Shadrick Musonda, Harrison Chisala, Freddy Tshimenga, Kelvin Mubanga Kampamba, Obeddy Masumbuko and Simon Bwalya.
Ronald Kampamba, Walter Bwalya and Festus Mbewe made up the strikers.
