Santa Maria, Aug 26 (Inforpress) – The government assigned the health security seal to 26 companies and other services integrating in the tourist circuit Sal Island, which comply with the hygiene and safety protocols against COVID-19.
The delivering the certificates, which seeks to encourage compliance with preventive measures against the new coronavirus to guarantee “safe tourism” in Cabo Verde, took place in one of the hotels in Santa Maria, chaired by the Prime Minister, Ulisses Correia e Silva.
In this first phase, 26 companies were awarded, in an act of symbolic delivery of the certificate to demonstrate that there is already work to be done in this sense, at national level.
Ulisses Correia e Silva, after congratulating the companies covered with this health safety seal, underlined that much more than a role “is a commitment” to a new stage in the life of companies, people who reside and visit the country.
