Mindelo, Feb 23 (Inforpress) – The Prime Minister, Ulisses Correia e Silva, said Friday in Mindelo that the Government will continue to support companies through the financing provided by Pro-Empresa, in partnership with the Institute of Employment and Vocational Training (IEFP).
Ulisses Correia e Silva spoke to the press after visiting business initiatives in São Vicente, some of them are ongoing and others in the start-up phase, and which received funding supported by the business incentive programs initiated by the Government, through Pró-Empresa and IEFP.
The Prime Minister said these companies show that his Executive “is working in the right direction”.
That is, he clarified, “create favorable instruments and incentives” so that entrepreneurs can “appear, grow and develop and export”, which he considered “important for the country”.
That’s why he said the funding “will continue”, because “some of these companies were born because of the programs the Government created.”
