Praia, Sep 21 (Inforpress) – About 30 musicians and other artists from Mindelo participate in a training promoted by the Cabo Verdean Music Society (SCM), which aims to make these professionals aware of the need to have a “good relationship” with money.
The training, which started this Monday and is scheduled to end later today, in Mindelo, concerns the change of attitude in relation to the management of resources, money and income, “in the sense to make the right financial decisions to allow the best investment of money”, according to the trainer Júlia Ferreira.
“We always talk about having emergency savings for unforeseen situations”, the same source told Inforpress and TCV, giving an example of the case of musicians, who due the pandemic, are facing difficult financial situations, taking into account they have not yet resumed their activities.
“So, training is to make people aware, who must have a healthier relationship with their money and try to make decisions based on correct information and use tools existing in the market in terms of savings and investments”, explained Júlia Ferreira, for those who need to “use resources in the best way so that they can bring added value to a better life”.
