Accra, Feb 14, GNA – Pay per view TV channel, Startimes will continue with their live broadcast of the Union of European Football Association (UEFA) Europa league matches to the subscribers on Thursday, February 14.
The world football channel on Startimes, would show the round of 32 match between Bate Batisov of Belarus and Arsenal FC of England live at 17:55GMT.
Arsenal would travel to Borisov Arena on the back of a narrow 1-2 win over Huddersfield Town, where first-half goals from Alex Iwobi and Alexandre Lacazette proved enough for the points and a return to the winning ways after a disappointing trip to Manchester City and a 3-1 loss the week before.
Gunners have thus struggled for consistency on the road and the win at Terriers only being the second in eight trips across competitions proves the point already. However, they would now hope BATE would not be the same sort of a challenge and Unai Emery will want his men to show their class in Belarus.
BATE come into their first competitive clash in two months on the back of a 2-0 win over Vojvodina, ending a streak of two losses where they were beaten by Suwon Bluewings and Wolfsberger.
They’ve been a tougher side to beat in Borisov but showing such a character could prove a tough task amid such a streak and against English Premier League rivals.
