GFA Vice President to head Finance Committee

Accra, Nov. 19. GNA- Mr. Mark Addo, Vice President for Ghana Football Association (GFA) has been appointed by the Executive Council to head a five member committee in charge of Finance.
The five member committee, also has Mr. George Amoako as the vice chairman as well as Mr Samuel Kaye Brew-Butler, Mr. Mathew Ampofo and Mr. Gideon Fosu will have the responsibility of Cooperating with the General Secretary to prepare and submit the annual budget of the GFA.
Additionally, the Committee would ensure compliance with the budget and financial policies of the GFA, and to make recommendations to the Executive Council as well as reviewing the accounting and audit regime at the GFA, and to send periodic reports to the Executive Council.
The Committee which was named by the Executive Council over the weekend at a meeting in Cape Coast would also have a responsibility of advising the Executive Council on financial transactions and investment.
