Accra, May 31, GNA – Ghanaian Dancehall and Reggae artistes, Livingston Etse Satekla known in the music circles as  »Stonebwoy » and Charles Nii Armah Mensah also known as  »Shatta Wale » have met face to face for the first time after their actions marred the 2019 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA).

A picture of the duo surfaced on social media on Thursday evening together with veteran female broadcaster Nana Aba Anamoah and managers of both artistes  »Bulldog » and  »Blakk Cedi ».

Even though details of the meeting were yet to be revealed, social media posts by both artistes confirmed fruitful interactions between the duo.

Shatta Wale posted on his twitter timeline,  »Unity is strength. Love is key to many doors. Brotherhood is Loyalty. Peace is Freedom. My brother and I got a great a vision for Ghana music and we taking it to the world. »

Stonebwoy on the other hand, posted on his Facebook timeline,  » If it be possible as far it depends on you, live peaceably with all men.. Romans 12:18. The wise shall inherit glory .. But shame shall be the promotion of fools.. Proverbs 3:35. »

Fans of both sides were elated with the latest development on social media as they look to make peace reign for the progress of music in the country.
Meanwhile, the duo are expected to appear in court on June 20, 2019 having pleaded not guilty to charges against them during the fracas at the 2019 VGMA.
