Luanda, 31 Oct (Angop) – The Under 17 Football teams of Angola and Brazil are competing for the first place of the group A of 2019 FIFA World Cup, underway in Brazil.
Angola and Brazil are due to meet for the third and final round of the initial phase of the competition on Friday.
Both have six points each from two wins, but the hosts take advantage with seven goals scored and one conceded, whereas their Angolan counterparts have four record and two goals conceded.
In the case of the victory, Angola will face the third qualified in the group C or D.
Angola beat in the previous rounds – New Zealand and Canada – both 2-1, while the Brazilians defeated the same opponents 3-0 and 4-1, respectively.
Title holder (England) failed to turn up in the competition.
