Accra, Sept. 13, GNA – Dr. Cyril Bansah, has assumed the chairmanship role of the Ho Tennis Club.
He was elected by club members at congress over the weekend and takes over from Lieutenant Colonel Selom Kwasi Amengor also known as »Ranger » who served for Ho Tennis Club for three years.
Dr. Bansah was immediately sworn into office.
At the handing over ceremony, Colonel Amengor, pledged his support to Dr. Bansah in his quest to continue the good work and also propel tennis to greater heights in the region.
Under the stewardship of Colonel Amengor, Ho Tennis Club became the most attractive tennis club in the country, growing their membership from 40 members to over 70 members during that period.
Also, Ho Tennis Club has been attractive to various corporate sponsors over the past years with their tennis courts being one the finest surface in the country.
