According to a statement by the Mall and copied to the Ghana News Agency, Ms Denise Asare, the Marketing Manager of the Mall said 50 shortlisted applicants after the deadline for applications, would be taken through an empowerment seminar to be trained in variety of skills, including business planning and marketing skills as well as financial health.
She said five finalists would be selected out of the 50 to compete for the ultimate prize.
The statement said the finalists would be expected to come up with creative pieces using this year’s theme, “The New Old”.
The designs, it disclosed, would be featured at this year’s fashion weekend, expected to run from August 30 to 31.
