His Majesty the King Receives Greetings from Royal Armed Forces Family on Throne Day

Tetouan, 31/07/2024 (MAP) – By order of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Supreme Commander and Chief of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR), may God Assist Him, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, received, on Wednesday at the Royal Guard Officers’ Mess in Tetouan, a message of good wishes, fidelity and loyalty addressed to the Sovereign by the FAR family, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the accession of His Majesty the King to the Throne of His glorious Ancestors.

Through this Message of Loyalty, delivered to HRH the Crown Prince by Lieutenant General, Inspector General of the FAR and Commander of the South Zone, the Officers, Ranking Officers and Ranking Militaries of the Royal Armed Forces renew their fidelity and loyalty to His Majesty the King as well as their unfailing attachment to their Supreme Commander and to the Glorious Alaouite Throne.

HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan then received the valedictorian graduates of major military and paramilitary schools and institutes.

On this occasion, His Royal Highness Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan presided over a luncheon offered by His Majesty the King, Supreme Commander and Chief of the General Staff of the Royal Armed Forces, in honor of the personalities invited to the oath-taking ceremony of the late « HRH Princess Lalla Latifa » graduating classes.

The luncheon was attended by the Head of Government, the Speakers of the two Houses of Parliament, Advisors to His Majesty the King, members of the government, senior officers of the FAR General Staff, foreign military attachés accredited to Rabat, and other civilian and military figures.

On his arrival at the Officers’ Mess, HRH Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan was greeted by Lieutenant General, Inspector General of the FAR and Commander of the South Zone, before reviewing a detachment of the Headquarters Battalion that made the honors.

Afterwards, His Royal Highness was greeted by Minister Delegate to the Head of Government, in charge of National Defense Administration, Abdellatif Loudiyi, Lieutenant General Mohamed Haramou, Commander of the Royal Gendarmerie, Brigadier General Azzeddine Khalid, Head of the 3rd Bureau of the FAR General Staff, Major General Abdelaziz Chatar, Commander of the Royal Guard, and Colonel Major Jamal Essadki, Delegate Arms Commander of the Tetouan-Chefchaouen parade ground.
