Praia, Nov 25 (Inforpress) – The Minister of Tourism and Transport said he has been guaranteed the payment of TACV employees’ wages but admitted the possibility of some delays for whose resolution the company has been working.
Carlos Santos gave this statement to the press when he was approached, on the sidelines of the workshop on Evaluation of the Civil Aviation Legal Framework, on complaints from airline employees regarding delays in the payment of wages.
According to the Minister, he has been guaranteed to pay salaries and “there is no doubt about it” since with the loan the Government and TACV have taken from the bank have managed to ensure this objective.
However, Carlos Santos admitted that there should be some delays, judging that TACV and the board of directors have been working on its resolution.
