Mindelo, Sep 15 (Inforpress) – The Minister of Tourism and Transport, Carlos Santos, inaugurates, this Saturday, the 17th, in São Vicente, a new tourist resort called Luna Boutique Hotel Morna Concept, with 16 rooms, financed in 100 million escudos.
Speaking to Inforpress, the project’s manager, Elisa Oliveira, explained that Luna Boutique Hotel Morna Concept is a 100 percent (%) national investment and was born from the refurbishment of a two-story building in which two more floors were built.
“It has a presidential suite, 12 double rooms and three twins rooms. We also have a restaurant, a swimming pool and a terrace with sight to Monte Cara, with capacity for 60 people.For the best comfort and relaxation of our guests, the hotel has a SPA and structure for holding events”, she explained.
According to the same source, the new hotel located two minutes from Laginha beach, will be supported by an architecture of ecological technology that contemplates energy efficiency and the use of renewable energies as a way to benefit the building of all possible natural resources.
It is expected to create 11 jobs when it is in operation.
