Luanda, Feb 11, 2019 – Luanda will host from 12 to 14 this month the first teacher training seminar of the Community of the Portuguese Speaking Countries (CPLP) aimed to share theoretical, practical and scientific research experience.
The information is expressed a note released by Minister of Education (MED).
According to the source, the seminar will focus on several topics such as « The role of local culture and cultural exchange in PLS teaching in primary education », « The process of acquisition and development of PLP in primary education ».
The event will also address « Methods and methodologies for teaching PLS in primary education « , » Techniques, instruments and evaluation criteria in the teaching process of PLS in primary education « .
« The PLS education policies, the right to knowledge of the official language and psycholinguistics » and a round table on « Pathways to the development of PLS in CPLP countries » are also included in the seminar’s agenda.
The event will gather teachers and education specialists from the CPLP and will be chaired by the Angolan Minister of Education, Maria Cândida Teixeira.
