COVID-19: “Kwame Ghana” out with a single album

Sunyani, March 27, GNA – A popular Sunyani–based hip-life artiste, Kwame Adomako has released a single to educate the masses on the deadly Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19).

Titled “Coronavirus”, the album, which features “Kwame Ogbodo”, an emerging artiste in the music industry, explained preventive measures against the disease which has become a pandemic.

In an interview with the Ghana News Agency (GNA) in Sunyani, Adomako known in music circles as “Kwame Ghana” said music was an effective tool to reach out to the population, hence the need to use it to contain and prevent the spread of the COVIOD-19 in the country.

“Knowing the power of music, it is imperative to use melody to compliment government’s strenuous and broader efforts to stem the spread of the coronavirus and protect public safety”, he said.

“We are seriously working on the video. We are seeking permission and direction from the Ghana Health Service so that we can have a very educative and informative video”, the hip-life artiste told the GNA.
