Accra, 24/03/2024 (MAP) – Morocco won 35 medals at the 13th African Games in Accra (March 8-23), including 9 gold, 12 silver and 14 bronze.
The last bronze medal was won on Saturday by the national women’s tennis team.
Morocco took part in the events of athletics, beach volleyball, boxing, karate, taekwondo, tennis, triathlon and wrestling.
Egypt dominated the 13th African Games with a total of 191 medals followed by Nigeria (121) and South Africa (106).
Morocco comes 7th in the medal table.
