MP for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai to commission five water projects for constituents

Bibiani (WN/R), June 29, GNA – The Member of Parliament (MP) for Bibiani-Anhwiaso-Bekwai Constituency, Mr Alfred Obeng-Boateng is set to commission the second phase of mechanized borehole projects on Sunday July 4.

The projects, when commissioned, would bring to number, nine of the 25 mechanized boreholes drilled within the period of six months.

The move, which was to help solve the water challenges in the Constituency also formed part of the MP’s vision to provide portable water for all within the constituency.

Communities that benefitted from the first batch of the projects were Dominibo No 2, Dominibo No.1, Sefwi Nambro and Atronsu.

Communities such as Subri Nkwanta, Asawinso ‘A’, Nyetina, Baakokrom and Sefwi Ampenkrom are expected to benefit from the second phase of the project.
