The Maghreb Arab News Agency (MAP) signed four cooperation agreements with the Ivorian Press Agency (AIP), the Guinean Press Agency (AGP), the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) and the Angola Press Agency (ANGOP), respectively.

The agreements were signed by MAP’s Director General, Fouad Arif, with Oumou Barry Sana, Central Director of AIP, François Mara, Director General of AGP, Ali Muhammad Ali, Managing Director of NAN, and Josué Salusuva Isaias, chairman of ANGOP’s Board of Directors.

They aim, among others, to strengthen cooperation between MAP and these four agencies and consolidate their professional relations, notably through the exchange of editorial services (newsletters, photos, audio, video and computer graphics).

A cooperation agreement was also signed between AGP and AIP with a view to strengthening their cooperation and professional relations.
