BARCLAYVILLE, June 2 (LINA) – The acting Superintendent of Grand Kru County is calling on citizens and residents to take advantage of the ongoing registration process to obtain their National ID cards.
In a press release issued recently, the acting Supt. Jacob Karmbo Weah pointed out that the ID card is important for all Liberians between the ages of six years and above.
Weah told the Liberia News Agency over the weekend that citizens who fail to comply with the process will create for themselves future embarrassment.
The acting Superintendent’s remarks were prompted by complaints from members of the National Identification Registry Grand Kru County Team about citizens’ reluctance to meet up with their obligation to obtain their citizen ID card.
